FUTURE TRASMISSIONI
RADIO SENLANDLIMOJ per ora va in stand-by.
Nel caso il contest "Girolamo Lucchetta"dovesse essere organizzato anche il prossimo anno (e, per ora, tutto lascia supporre che cio' sia fortemente probabile), Radio Senlandlimoj ritornera' in aria nelle domeniche di giugno e luglio 1998.
Sara' da vedere se verra' attivata, anche il prossimo anno, una nazione EDXC inattiva in onde corte.Tutto lascia supporre che si potrebbe fare, anche se all'attivazione del Liechtenstein non e' stata data la degna diffusione da parte della quasi totalita' dei gruppi DX, nonostante l'invio di decine di E-mail o comunicati via posta ordinaria.
Un esempio per tutti: il notissimo DSWCI Short Wave News, riporta, nel numero di agosto, a malapena una scarna segnalazione, tra altri 250 tips, e nessuna informazione nelle altre rubriche, che invece segnalano le emissioni di servizio di Radio Pyongyang su 4405 e 14055 kHz in giapponese, coreano e cinese, la schedule completa della BSKSA in arabo, somali, turco, urdu e bambara ed il discorso di Bill Clinton al popolo danese nella sua visita del 12 luglio. Tutto cio', evidentemente, secondo i responsabili del gruppo danese interessa al DXer molto di piu' che non l'attivazione, per la prima volta almeno nel dopoguerra, di una emittente radiofonica in onde corte dal Principato del Liechtenstein.
Nel frattempo, Radio Senlandlimoj potrebbe effettuare qualche altra fugace apparizione sulle onde corte (tenere d'occhio, ovviamente,le frequenze di 3885, 3928.5, 6284 e 6980 kHz), ad esempio in occasione del contest organizzato dall'Associazione Italiana Radioascolto per il fine settimana che va dal 31 ottobre al 2 novembre 1997. Le eventuali emissioni, e' implicito, saranno rigorosamente nella lingua internazionale Esperanto.
I rapporti d'ascolto dovranno essere preferibilmente registrati, e la
QSL di conferma riportera' il sito di trasmissione.

1st MEMORIAL CONTEST IN ESPERANTO -GIROLAMO LUCCHETTA-
On August 20th 1996, our friend Girolamo Lucchetta died; he was a member
of G.A.M.T. since 1982, and he was very fond of
Esperanto. Girolamo was a lifetime member of Universal Esperantist Association,
and an affiliate of Italian Esperantist Federation, Italian Catholic Esperantist
Union and IKUE.
He was the founder, with the French Bruno Masala, of the Esperanto
Radio Listeners Association "AERA", and very active, till his death, on
the Esperanto's diffusion; especially, he promoted the listening of the
radio stations that broadcast in the universal language. Our group set
up this contest, to commemorate his figure as an Esperantist friend of
us, and to spur the listening of radio stations that broadcast in the Esperanto
language. In the contest period, during some weekends, a radio station
will be on air, broadcasting a special program in Esperanto language. The
reception of this station, that may broadcast also from a short wave inactive
place, will allow to obtain a special memorial QSL-card. We invite all
radiolisteners' associations and DX's groups to spread the "1st Memorial
Contest in Esperanto GIROLAMO LUCCHETTA". Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Guido
Gentile from Treviso, to the radiolisteners' group RANCH from Rome, and
to you all for your kind help in carrying out this contest.

CONTEST RULE
The contest will take place from May the 31st to July the 31st, 1997.
It is necessary to listen to the greater number of radio stations that
broadcast in the Esperanto language. Every station listened yelds 5 points,
if the radiolistener live in the same continent where the radio broadcasts;
the score will increase to 10 points if the partecipant reside in a different
continent. Local radio stations operating on frequency modulation (FM)
yeld only 1 point. If the tuning will take place from a site at least 200
kilometres far from the station, the score will increase to 15 points.
Satellite radio stations will give you 2 points. A special radio station,
called "Radio Senlandlimoj", will be on air for five Sundays in the morning
(see the schedule), on the contest period. It may broadcast also from a
short wave inactive place. Its listening will yeld 12 points. The list
of the listened radio stations must be sent to our group address not later
than December the 31st, 1997. If you will include the copies of the QSL-cards,
or confirming letters, that verify your reception reports, the concerning
score will quintuplicate. Contest partecipation is free of charge. All
contestants will receive a memorial certificate. According to the results,
the first 5 partecipants will get special awards: books, software and other
material related to DXing, like an annual subscription to "DX's Connection",
the monthly bullettin of G.A.M.T., during the 1998.
A special QSL-card will confirm correct reception reports to "Radio Senlandlimoj":
it is however necessary an International Reply Coupon IRC (or 1500 Italian
liras in stamps, or 1 U.S. dollar etc.) to cover postal costs. To aid the
contest partecipation, we supply: the list of world's radio stations that
broadcast in Esperanto language, with their address; broadcasting schedule
of mentioned above stations; information about radio Senlandlimoj; reception
report models in Esperanto, Italian and English.
